More particular details on the terms of the relationship among you, the company and the tutor will be found in the Tutoring Agreement signed at the time you hire the company to help you with an assignment.

You are solely responsible for all Internet, telephone, service, and other fees and costs associated with your access to and use of this website or the company's tutoring services and for obtaining and maintaining all Internet, telephone, computer hardware, computer software, and other equipment required for such access and use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Newcastle Tutors reserves the right to place a hold on any account, at any time, with or without notice, in order to protect itself from what the company believes to be fraudulent activity. You agree not to hold the company liable for any resultant inconvenience or damages.

Failure to report such fiduciary breach may result in your being liable to the company for losses and damages.

Limitations on Use

You must be 18 years of age or older to contract with Newcastle Tutors. Students under the age of 18 may use the company's services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The content on the Newcastle Tutors website is solely for your personal and non-commercial use and we grant you a limited license to access this website for that purpose only.
